In order to increase the efficiency of the ride exchange, we use the computer system of the enterprise Taxikomm. For you being a client, this system offers advantages in comparison to a conventional ride exchange via radio exchange.

• The system establishes a direct telephone connection between the caller/client and the taxi driver who has the shortest way to the client.


• The client calls directly the taxi driver and is consequently able to announce all details resp. his wishes (such as possibilities of access, luggage).


• The direct contact between the client and the driver is time-saving in searching the route and reduces false routes as well as queries to a minimum.
